Created by Schellea Fowler for Women Navigating Midlife

Schellea (Shelly) Fowler is the creator of the VitaliT app and founder of Fabulous50s, a global wellness brand supporting millions of women over 50. She is a qualified Personal Trainer specializing in exercise for older adults, a Human Performance Coach (NACC), and a Meditation Teacher and Life Coach.

Her programs are built on science-backed methods for healthy aging, focusing on brain health, functional fitness, longevity, and mindset.
But what makes Schellea’s approach different is that it’s not just education  it’s lived experience. She’s personally faced the emotional, physical, and hormonal shifts of menopause  and understands what it feels like to be overwhelmed by fatigue, bloating, brain fog, stubborn weight gain, and disconnection from your body.

The VitaliT app is the toolkit she wished she had  built with empathy, insight, and a deep commitment to helping women feel strong, seen, and supported. Every feature has been carefully designed by Schellea and her handpicked team of certified trainers and health professionals.
